6. Prohibited Activities

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Access or attempt to access other users’ accounts without authorization.
• Upload, transmit, or share data that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Use the Services to send spam, phishing messages, or any other form of unsolicited communications
• Engage in activities that harm or disrupt the performance of the Services or interfere with other users' ability to use the platform.
• Use AI features to create, distribute, or assist in the creation of manipulated or false digital data intended to deceive others.

BreezeFlow will not publicly share or distribute your User data beyond these purposes.
• Data Restrictions: You are solely responsible for the User data you create, upload, or store within the Services, and you agree not to upload data that: Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive. Violates the intellectual property rights of others. Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful software

• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease, and BreezeFlow may delete any associated data or data from its servers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BreezeFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.
