Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of BreezeFlow’s services (the “Services”), provided by BreezeFlow. (“BreezeFlow”). By accessing or using the Services, customers and their end users (“Users”) agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

1. Scope

  • This Policy applies to all customers utilizing BreezeFlow’s services, with a primary focus on the integration of third-party platforms (i.e. Email platforms, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) into the BreezeFlow platform for centralized communication management. This Policy governs all aspects of such integrations and the use of AI-driven features within the platform. All AI-powered features available within BreezeFlow, are collectively referred to as "Covered AI Services."
  • The terms outlined herein are supplementary to BreezeFlow’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Modifications to Policy

BreezeFlow reserves the right to modify this Policy by posting an updated version at [Website]. Changes become effective upon posting. Users are encouraged to periodically review this Policy for updates.

Users of BreezeFlow must ensure that they possess the legal right and proper authorization to access and use any third-party account through the Services. Specifically:

  • Users are required to access and integrate only those accounts for which they have lawful authority and explicit authorization. Mere possession of login credentials does not, in itself, constitute sufficient authorization. For accounts accessed on behalf of another individual or entity (e.g., an employer or client), users must have verifiable permission or legal rights to access such accounts.
  • Users must comply with all applicable terms of service, policies, and usage restrictions imposed by third-party platforms when using the Services provided by BreezeFlow. All actions performed through these integrations must adhere to the requirements of the third-party platforms and must not infringe upon the rights of account owners or violate applicable laws.

b. Malicious and Illegal Conduct;

  • Using BreezeFlow to send, display, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Engaging in activities that violate any local, state, national, or international laws, including but not limited to:
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Using BreezeFlow to create, send, or store malicious messages such as phishing scams, spam, or mass unsolicited emails (e.g., sending bulk emails without proper consent).

c. Impersonation and Deception

  • Impersonating another person, organization, or entity through the use of the platform.
  • Misrepresenting the source of communications sent through integrated third-party services (e.g., falsifying headers or email addresses).

4. Prohibited Uses of AI Features

The AI Agent available within BreezeFlow is designed to enhance communication efficiency through automation, insights, and task management. Customers may not use AI features for:

  • Automated Decision-Making with Legal or Significant Effects
    Employing AI features as part of automated processes that have legal or substantial effects (e.g., employment decisions, credit approval) without ensuring human oversight and the consideration of additional factors beyond the AI’s recommendations.
  • Manipulative or Deceptive Content Generation
    Using the AI Agent to generate manipulated or false digital content designed to mislead or deceive.

5. Data Privacy

Users must not misuse or improperly handle any data processed through BreezeFlow’s services, including personal information obtained from third-party integrations. Users must comply with applicable data privacy laws when collecting and processing data through BreezeFlow.

6. Prohibited Material

Customers may not, and may not allow any third party or end user to use the Services to create, send, upload, display, store, process, or transmit:

  • Content that infringes upon another’s intellectual property or proprietary rights.
  • Hate-related content, or content advocating violence or discrimination against individuals or groups.
  • Content related to illegal activities, such as hacking, illegal drug trafficking, or any material advocating or instructing criminal activity.
  • Obscene, excessively profane, or otherwise objectionable material that may be harmful to minors.

7. Account Responsibility and Security

  • User Accountability
    Customers are responsible for all activities conducted under their account and must ensure that all end users comply with this Policy.
  • Security Measures
    Users must protect their login credentials and notify BreezeFlow immediately at [email protected] if they become aware of any unauthorized access or breach of their account.

8. Service Disruption and Misuse

Users may not engage in behaviour that disrupts or interferes with the performance or security of BreezeFlow’s services, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting load testing or security testing without prior written consent from BreezeFlow.
  • Engaging in activities that may overload the system, compromise the security of other users, or impair service delivery.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits or other usage restrictions enforced by BreezeFlow.

9. Reporting Violations

Users who encounter violations of this Policy are encouraged to report such behaviour to [email protected]. BreezeFlow reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access to the Services.

10. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Users must ensure that their use of BreezeFlow complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing data privacy, intellectual property, and communications standards.

BreezeFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access if this Policy is violated. Such actions are taken at BreezeFlow’s sole discretion and may be immediate to prevent further abuse or disruption of services.
